Anyone here a fan of Turkish or Greek coffee? This
coffee is ground rather fine and cooked in a small
pot on the stove. You mix the coffee in the pot with
cold water and then heat it till it foams and boils.

The two best coffees are Loumidis (Greek) and
Mehmet Efendi (Turkish).

The actual pots can get quite fancy. Usually they
are copper and have intricate designs on them.

I have some Loumidis coffee and I got one
of those small copper pots. Not sure if I
like it or not - seems a bit weak to me, but
I'm sure I'm probably making it wrong.

I don't care what brand it is, but it
has to be strong, although my doctor say
to be careful due to my heart. Getting
this building finished is killing me - cost
overruns everywhere.
