12. Everyone Introduce Yourself
12. Everyone Introduce Yourself Dawn Endico 12:33 Mon Feb 6/23 4 lines Didn't see a "introduce yourself" item so I'll start. I'm Dawn, a random, agreeable person whose puppet-master hasn't figured out how I will manifest in the retro-MTS metaverse. |
12/1. John Palmer 12:34 Mon Feb 6/23 3 lines
Welcome Dawn. Yah, I'm not sure we know how you will manifest yet, but I'll try to get you something good. |
12/2. Dave Rubin 16:37 Tue Feb 7/23 3 lines
Hey everyone - Dave Rubin Here. Wow - what a retro system!! Hope we can all have some real meaningful text based interchanges on here |
12/3. Victor Davis Hanson 17:40 Tue Feb 7/23 7 lines
Hello all. Hi Dave - nice to see you again. Well, its going to rain again, thats good and the snowpack is fantastic. Problem is these people will just let the water flow into SF bay and we will be rationing water again in the summer. I don't know how long we can keep this going. I really don't... |
12/4. John Kass 19:22 Wed Feb 8/23 5 lines
Hello from the Shirley Ryan AbilityLab. Recovering from a quad-bypass. Former columnist at "the paper". Now, master of JOHNKASSNEWS.COM. Always wanting to find new fora for discussion and am glad to revive the world of MTS. |
12/5. Ben Shapiro 23:48 Wed Feb 8/23 2 lines
Ben Shapiro here - ready to do some serious journalisming here on retro MTS. |
12/6. John Palmer 23:52 Wed Feb 8/23 1 line
Welcome Ben - we need Andrew and Matt on as well. |
12/7. Sweet Baby Gang (Matt Walsh) 16:05 Thu Feb 9/23 7 lines
Looks like some very impressive luminaries are on here. Glad to join the retro mainframe world to discuss important topics. When MTS was in wide use, at least we knew that there were only 2 genders and didn't mutilate children. I look forward to keeping you updated on the fight to stop this satanic practice. |
12/8. Rick Hill 16:14 Thu Feb 9/23 6 lines
I was a Comp Sci instructor at Wayne State. Taught operating systems for years. JP and Paul O know me - they were in some of my classes. Glad to see MTS is back. I'm shocked at how rusty my assembler skills are. I used to teach the stuff but have now forgotten much of it. |
12/9. Yiffy Nation 00:59 Sat Feb 11/23 3 lines
Hello everyone. Yiffy Wolf here. Trevor and Sinclair and I are "buddies". We do all "sorts of things" together. |
12/10. John Palmer 01:05 Sat Feb 11/23 3 lines
Welcome YF. I'm sure you three found all sorts of stuff on the .... internet (hehehe) that you could "enjoy" together. |
12/11. Yackity Yack 16:33 Sat Feb 11/23 3 lines
Yackity Yack here - friends of YW, Trev and Sinclair. I also engage in certain activities learnt on the "internet" (hehehe) with all of the above. |
12/12. Dave Rubin 18:16 Sat Feb 11/23 2 lines
Some of that stuff can be dangerous - especially the stuff involving ropes and electricity :-) |
12/13. Jim Sharpe 09:22 Thu Feb 16/23 3 lines
I teach file structures at WSU. IRRELEVANT 40 YEAR OLD REFERENCE DELETED. |

IRRELEVANT 40 YEAR OLD REFERENCE DELETED |
12/15. John Kass 17:04 Sun Feb 19/23 1 line
Wow - another set of rams butting heads! |
12/16. Tod Levitan 11:22 Mon Feb 20/23 (revised) 9 lines
I'm Tod Levitan, fox and retired Detroit PD dick. Originally from Kittery, Maine. *WAS* married to a chick named Vixey, but she left me for a Husky (don't know why, you need an electron microscope to see the skinny litte sissies's piece). Bet she's regretting not being able to get Daddy Foxes big one anymore, but that's her problem. |
12/17. John Palmer 11:47 Mon Feb 20/23 5 lines
OMG! Is he one of these "sensitive types" who likes her "brain" and doesn't care about doing it? I've seen those huskies - most are scrawny litte snowflakes that couldn't fight their way out of a paper bag. |
12/18. Tod Levitan 12:02 Mon Feb 20/23 11 lines
Oh he is a piece of work! He is so skinny it looks like he is a concentration camp resident. She told her friends that he is "sensitive and nuanced" and she has never met anyone like him. I think she must have has her cl*t removed because there is no way that she can survive with that thing. He doesn't even have enough energy to climb up on the saddle. She once was robust but started hanging out with these Royal Oak types and that turned her into a wokester. |
12/19. Paul O'Leary 06:54 Wed Feb 22/23 2 lines
Nothing wrong with Royal Oak or Mad Hts. Womenn want more than a big d**k. |
12/20. Jim Sharpe 11:40 Wed Feb 22/23 4 lines
Royal Oak - Oxford Inn - The best ribs in the whole world. Lots of other good stuff as well. Also - don't forget Hollywood Market! |
12/21. Paul O'Leary 12:11 Wed Feb 22/23 1 line
Yes! Hollywood has some great cheeses. |
12/22. Liz Palmer 13:41 Sun Feb 26/23 3 lines
Oh goodie - Foxy/Doggie pr0n. I can look out my window at the stray dogs and coyotes doing that stuff here. |
12/23. Louis Sequin 22:50 Wed Mar 1/23 4 lines
Sounds like Tod says that when the skinny little sissie and his old beau get together, its just a boring icebox. If you don't have the thickness she won't be saaaaatisssfiiieeeehhhd.... |
12/24. John Palmer 22:53 Wed Mar 1/23 3 lines
Hmmm... |
12/25. Joanne Stenquist 12:45 Thu Mar 2/23 3 lines
My name is Joanne... something or another. I think I was once a WSU student. I can't remember much of anything.... |
12/26. Fuss Fussy 12:07 Fri Mar 3/23 (revised) 6 lines
Hi? Why don't we have Confer yet. This program is kind of lame. How are all of these items going to get moved to Confer when it gets installed? Is there a conversion program? Also, why can't we have telnet yet? - vpn to a private network just adds too many steps. |
12/27. John Palmer 14:31 Fri Mar 3/23 41 lines
Oh, fuss fuss fuss, worry worry worry -) Confer won't be online until probably they get d7.0 stood up, which is indeterminate. NAME OF TOP SECRET INFORMANT DELETED says he will be working on it soon. As for if we will move these discussions to Confer - At least for Gandalf, I will be doing that, but not sure if I will copy over items from here to there - we may just start fresh and leave the *Forum Gandalf as an archive. TOP SECRET EVIL PLANS DELETED |
12/28. Herman Cain 18:21 Wed Mar 8/23 4 lines
Hola - Mr. NINE NINE NINE tax plan is in the house. I am in the great beyond - the 'rona got me good. But, this metaphysical MTS (MMTS) system lets me talk with you anyways - neat huh? |
12/29. Giglio Gregorio Giraldi 18:40 Wed Mar 8/23 4 lines
Ciao. Mi chiamo Giglio Giraldi. Sono un poeta italiano. Ho lasciato questo mondo molti anni fa, ma sono felice di poter ora utilizzare questo sistema per pubblicare la mia nuova poesia |
12/30. Guy Wilson 01:32 Thu Mar 9/23 1 line
Hi, I'm Guy G. Wilson. I am blank space |
12/31. John Palmer 02:42 Thu Mar 9/23 1 line
I know, we need to fill in some of these "blanks" |
12/32. Sweet Baby Gang (Matt Walsh) 21:53 Sun Mar 12/23 13 lines
Vixie won't be happy - all females want a strong male, but can be sweet-talked by some of these snowflake whimps. Yes, all bitches also want a big knot, but they also appreciate strong males with some of that "toxic masculinity". She'll be back (to you or some other strong male) soon enough, unless she is a weakling herself. What do your kids think of her new beau? (I know you guys had a few kits together). |
12/33. Tomas Nemecke-Baxter 22:39 Sun Mar 12/23 15 lines
Hello - Tomas Baxter here. I am a repairer of computers in Allentown PA - from Trnava pri Laborci, Slovakia. John and I are friends from the time he worked in Allentown PA at a client (PPL - electric company). And were were both joined as warriors agains the crazy Joe Baptista (look him up in google -its crazy). Joe is dead now, sad that a person left the planet too early, but he was a crazy trouble that caused on purpose trouble for all of the I.N.S. and cost John and many business persons large a amounts of money and made icann a monopoly. He was probably paid by them 30 pc of silver (so called, in bible) for this, but we will never know. Hope Herman Xennt (also a victim from Joe who he abused very badly) is ok. I don't know where he is - INIAC website is done. John - do you know of him in recently? |
12/34. Tomas Nemecke-Baxter 22:44 Sun Mar 12/23 4 lines
Odpoc vaj v pokoji Joe Baptista. D fajme, e v m Boh d odpustenie za v etko zl , co ste urobili pre INS a mnoh ch lud . St le ste ludia, a tak v m prajem pokoj |

Hi - 2YK here - master of the history and future forums. Look forward to moderating year-based discussions of history staring with the 2023_Forum. Politics, Culture, Economy - all from the perspective of history. Join us in 2023_Forum |
12/37. Lucky Larry 10:13 Mon Mar 20/23 3 lines
Hi Larry Here. I have to disagree with the 2000's - *I AM* the master of the future. One more blackjack game and I will rule the world. |
12/38. John Palmer 10:18 Mon Mar 20/23 6 lines
Now don't fight boys - you both have stuff to contribute. My two cents about the slots: 1) if you win more than 5 coins, move on to the next machine. 2) Keep track of how much you spend and don't give back any of your winnings. |
12/39. Tod Levitan 14:59 Tue Mar 21/23 8 lines
Sorry Paul, maybe there are other things in life but Vix was quite the knot-hound and there is no way that she is getting by with that pencil-cock. She does have her collection of foxie-shaped toys. I'm sure she is going through batteries like there's no tomorrow. Hope she uses rechargable ones - otherwise we will all be drowning in heavy metals. |
12/40. John Palmer 15:07 Tue Mar 21/23 1 line
Wow - Tod is on fire! Go for it MasterFox!!! |
12/41. Lion Kitty 00:18 Wed Mar 22/23 5 lines
EXTERMELY NAUGHTY SHIT DELETED - HOT HOT HOT (No not buying crack at Young's BBQ...) |
12/42. Larry Hamil 15:21 Sat Mar 25/23 4 lines
Hiya - Larry Hamil from Sun Prarie, Wisconsin. I work for the local 'lectric company'. Always like discussions about all kinds of topics. |
12/43. John Palmer 14:41 Sun Mar 26/23 8 lines
Hi Larry, I know which company - we did work for them. I know you know "Mike Mike Mike!" as well. He is in Arizona somwewhere trying to hack back into his old company's systems. Anyways - welcome to the Retro World. Soon, hopefully with more hooks into the modern internet. |
12/44. King Frank 19:33 Sun Mar 26/23 16 lines
Howdee - Its me - KING FRANK coming in from the Great Beyond. The Brinx told me about this Brigadoon and I had to jump on. I brought Flash Mack and Seemore Wolfson along as well. I too hope we get Confer soon. *Forum was thrown together by UM programmers who were jealous of Confer. They should have gone back to the drawing board or just deferred to Master Dr. Bob (Parnes). I may get on Mikes *** to put Confer on a tape and ship it to us. Anyways - great to be back! |
12/45. Flash Mack (ZOOOOOOM! - KZAAAA!) 19:41 Sun Mar 26/23 10 lines
HEYYY - HOW'S EVERYONE DOING! FLASH MACK HERE. USED TO BE HEAD OF PRODUCTION CONTROL AT THE GOOD OLD C&IT (AKA COMPUTERLAND). I AM *VERY* FAST! GLAD TO BE BACK AFTER A LONG SLUMBER. HI LEE! NICE TO SEE YOU AGAIN! WE SHOULD CATCH UP ON OLD TIMES! |
12/46. Lee Crashmeyer 19:44 Sun Mar 26/23 10 lines
(oooooooooh fuuuuuck....) Still typing in all caps, I see. You know there is something called lc, don't you. Still wearing your feather cap and carrying your "widdle binkie"?? Just stay away from me. I'm too old to be knocked over - probably break my hip. |
12/47. Flash Mack (ZOOOOOOM! - KZAAAA!) 23:37 Sun Mar 26/23 (revised) 5 lines
OH LEE, ALWAYS SUCH A SOUR PUSS. I SLOW DOWN TO HALF SPEED WHEN I'M AROUND YOU SO I WON'T BREAK ANYTHING. YOU SHOULD HAVE DRUNK MORE MILK WHEN YOU WERE YOUNGER TO STRENGTHEN YOUR BONES. :->>>>> |
12/48. John Palmer 23:40 Sun Mar 26/23 2 lines
So glad to see Lee and Flash back together again like they were in Computerland of old. |
12/49. Lee Crashmeyer 10:36 Mon Mar 27/23 4 lines
I'm not a sour puss, I just don't like being knocked over repeatedly. I guess its fine since we aren't physically together at the Center anymore, just on a forum. |
12/50. King Frank 21:13 Mon Mar 27/23 8 lines
Hello Flash and Crash - Haven't seen you guys in so long. Both are some of my top warriors who fought against Agitators for a Detached System. Yes, Lee - you were one of the brave young men who "went west" to get the MTS tapes back in the old days and thus saved ComputerLand from the ADS tyrrany! |
12/51. Lamp Wick 10:40 Sat Apr 1/23 4 lines
Lampwick here - just your ordinary nihilisic hedonist. Hoping to have some food, drink and merry making because we're all toast in the end so why not? |
12/52. John Palmer 10:59 Sat Apr 1/23 7 lines
OK, so no reason to find meaning in life. Just EDABM (Eat, Drink and be Merry) eh? Is that how you want to live? Are you sure that won't end badly? Oh well, to each his own, and the inevitable consequences that come along with those choices. |
12/53. Lamp Wick 22:47 Sat Apr 1/23 7 lines
Awwe you're no fun. No one cares about tomorrow. Our politicans don't Our popular culture doesn't Why should we? |
12/54. John Palmer 20:45 Sun Apr 2/23 3 lines
Hope you feel that way in your last hour. The biggest tragedy is if you have a hour to live and suddenly realize that maybe you were wrong. Just saying... |
12/55. John Kass 23:04 Sun Apr 2/23 14 lines
After having had a near death experience, I can attest to the fact that, when you think the last hour is close, you indeed start to get a sort of panic that comes over you because you realize you have little time and so many things that, all of a sudden, you realize you wanted to get done. We all do it, we keep our little list of things to do that is chained to our rear end, clanking around in our head and we blythly think, "Oh yah - I should probably get to those some day". When you realize you are almost outta time, you panic. Mr. Wick ought to think about that. |
