I can tell you about the best chicken you will ever eat. Coated in garlic, olive oil, basil, kosher salt and wrapped in foil and slow roasted for 11 hours on a applewood grill. I will post the recipe when I get out of Shirley Ryan. |

How about Al's Beef - extra soaked with hot peppers and cheddar (or as LS calls it, 'Chaddar') cheese whiz. Thats a meal! Get the 12" one with an italian sausage! |
