OK, according to NAME OF TOP SECRET SOURCE (REDACTED), they are still working
on getting the last known MTS version (7.0?) running
under Hercules.

I tried the newer Hercules with this system and it crashed.
(I may just have a bad version of - am working on it).

Word has it that we get Confer with d7.0 as well as network
(i.e. Telnet) access. Both of those are biggies. Also, you
should be able to use FTP from MTS to pull files in and
send them out, but you won't be able to connect to MTS from
an outside system.

I will keep you updated. No date was promised as this is all
free stuff they do in their spare time.

see my long response to #1. Also, IBM seems
to hang on for dear life to stuff even when there
is no chance that they can ever make a buck on it
again.
